Key responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements
Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
Coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams
Support product planning, backlog management, and development activities
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Open for fresh graduates
Must have internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis
Basic understanding of requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies, digital solutions, and AI tools
