Business Analyst (Freshful Team)
We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our product team and work closely with the Product Owner, technical teams, and business stakeholders to develop and optimize our e-grocery platform. This role involves analyzing business requirements, transforming them into clear specifications for development teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will play a key role in defining, documenting, and clarifying requirements for functionalities such as shop content, pricing, promotions, checkout, payment methods, recommendations, personalization, and integrations with external systems.
What you’ll have to do:
Business Analysis
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations)
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team
- Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities in existing processes
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and clarifying requirements
Product & Delivery Support
- Collaborate with the Product Owner
- Define user stories
- Write acceptance criteria
- Structure and maintain the product backlog
- Prepare functional documentation (flows, business rules, edge cases)
- Actively participate in: backlog refinement, sprint planning, other agile ceremonies
Process & Feature Modeling
- Document business processes and flows such as: customer journey, checkout flow, promotion mechanics, order lifecycle
- Create artifacts such as: process flows, simple wireframes, data mappings, integration requirements
Data Analysis
- Use data and metrics to understand user behavior and product performance
- Support the Product Owner in defining KPIs and success metrics for new features
Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Clarify requirements for development and QA teams
- Help define test scenarios
- Validate that delivered functionality meets business requirements

What makes you a good fit:
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Functional Analyst
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum)
Skills
- Business analysis and requirements documentation
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Process modeling (flow diagrams)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developers
- Curiosity and openness to learning and exploration
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate English level
Tools (nice to have)
- Jira / Confluence
- Miro / Draw.io
- SQL or basic data analysis
- Google Analytics / product analytics tools
- Interest or basic knowledge in AI, with the desire to deepen expertise
