Business Analyst / Functional Business Analyst

Salary: $7,000 – $10,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Business Analyst to support enterprise application implementation, integration, migration, and digital transformation projects within the banking and financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, end-to-end project delivery experience, and the ability to work independently with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to UAT and implementation.

• Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements, specifications, and process documentation.

• Manage requirements traceability, change control, and scope alignment.

• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

• Support Agile and waterfall / SDLC delivery, including testing, data migration, and implementation.

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.

• Prepare project status reports and management presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.

• Preferred Domain Experience

• Prior experience in banking or financial services.

• Proven experience delivering multiple full project lifecycles.

• Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working in both Agile and waterfall / SDLC environments.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interrogate and analyse data independently.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
