Business Analyst role in Brisbane gathering requirements via stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into process maps, user stories, and business/technical documentation, with experience supporting SaaS implementations in Agile teams. Skills and experience required...
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role or a role requiring business process analysis and improvement.
· Ability to rapidly understand business needs and translate business needs into updated process maps and user stories.
· Workshop facilitation and discussion with stakeholders in order to ensure collaboration in requirements gathering and solution definition.
· Developing detailed business, technical requirements and data integration documentation.
· Experience in change management.
· Experience writing user stories.
· Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplification.
· Experience implementing a SaaS solution.
· Experience as a Business Analysis in Agile teams or Agile Project Delivery.
· High level written and oral communication skills and excellent organisational skills.
