Business Analyst - GL8 (Ref: BA-GL8/HL)

Our client is a reputable and well-established life insurance company, and they are currently seeking a Business Analyst to participate in the GL8 implementation project.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with manager & stakeholders for project delivery; coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness and smoothness of overall project

• Develop, maintain and monitor project plans and deliverables, as well as milestones, progress in order to identify and minimize risks during project implementation

• Gather, collect and produce business requirements in regards to GL8 implementation project which include applications such as POS, company websites, customer service related Apps, electronic related forms and etc.

• Explore and assist the implementation of AI to operational & business process in uplifting user experience and operation efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, IT or any related fields

• At least four (4) years of solid experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance, and having experience related to GL8 or with operation related project would be a plus

• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools

• Be able to collaborate & communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• As a good team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills
