We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major global transformation programme within the Cards division of a leading financial services organisation.
This £25 million, three-year programme involves around 300 people and is transforming the bank's global card issuing capability across 48 countries. The programme will consolidate 18 regional platforms into a single global platform, while separating the Cards business from the wider Retail Banking technology estate. This is a large-scale business transformation involving operating model redesign, vendor implementation, process re-engineering, and global migrations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities across large-scale transformation workstreams
Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps and support business process re-engineering
Facilitate workshops and help design target operating models
Partner with Product Owners to refine and manage product backlogs
Support the full BA lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to UAT, including test scenarios and scripts
Collaborate with business, technology, vendors and implementation partners to deliver successful outcomes
Support multiple country migrations across the programme
Essential experience:
Proven Business Analyst experience on large-scale transformation programmes
Experience supporting global transformation or multiple migration initiatives
Strong business process mapping and operating model design skills
Experience producing As-Is and To-Be documentation
End-to-end BA lifecycle experience through to UAT
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Agile delivery experience within complex enterprise environments
Financial Services experience, ideally within Cards or Payments
Experience working with Visa, Mastercard or other payment scheme providers is desirable
