Business analyst (5+ years) supporting enterprise project/construction management platforms such as Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier for a utility/energy-sector client: gathering requirements, configuring and testing applications, and running Agile delivery in Azure DevOps. Hybrid role — local candidates with 2 days onsite in Pontiac, MI.
Business Analyst needs 5 years' experience
Must Have:
- Enterprise project and construction management software: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or similar enterprise project and construction management software platforms.
- Enterprise application configuration and testing: Experience with application configuration, implementation, and support, including software testing, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test automation using Worksoft or comparable tools.
- Agile delivery and development tools: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Relevant technical experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, or a related technical discipline.
- Business requirements and functional documentation: Experience gathering business requirements and developing functional and system documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, use cases, and business process documentation.
- Knowledge of on-premise, cloud-hosted, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environme
- Experience with Pandell Land Property Management.
- Experience with Hitachi Energy eSOMS.
- Experience supporting field devices and related software solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience in utility, energy, or regulated-industry environments.

- ServiceNow integrations, Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex, M365 Productivity Suite (O365), data analytics, VoIP telecommunications, Telecommunications Expense Management, contracts, Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
- Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
- MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
- MUST HAVE data analytics experience
- Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
