Business Analyst

Salary: ฿16,000 – ฿24,000 per month

What you'll be doing

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders

• Write document and task to developer team

• Analyze business processes and gather and document requirements Designing and implementing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity

• Providing regular updates and reports on the progress of your work

• Collaborate closely with business and technology squads to ensure solutions align with defined objectives and user needs and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Continuously improving processes and systems to support the overall business strateg

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Business and Technology team

• Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis techniques

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Collect user requirements, analyze and design solutions (Requirement Documents) to effectively communicate with developers, testers, and users to ensure mutual understanding.

• Tracking of Project Issues and management of the issues resolution process

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
