Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis to support our trading operations and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects related to capital markets and wealth management. - Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to ensure clear communication of project objectives and deliverables. - Analyze market trends and investment opportunities in equities, bonds, and shares to provide insights that drive business decisions. - Work closely with trading teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of capital markets, mutual funds, and wealth management. - Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques, including BRD and FRD. - Knowledge of equity, PMS, bonds, and trading practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
