Business Analyst
Salary: ₱27,000 – ₱40,000 per month
Are you passionate about bridging business needs and technology solutions? We're looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team and help drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Review and assess client requirements and proposed system changes
Prepare, review, and facilitate sign-off of BRD, SOW, acceptance criteria, and other project documents
Conduct meetings and workshops with clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technical teams
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
Support testing, validation, and implementation activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working with application development projects
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or experience in Insurance or Financial Services
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Understanding of application development standards, concepts, and technologies
Experience in preparing technical and business requirement documentation
