Business Analyst

Technical/Functional Skill Requirements : Business Analysis, OSM project experience, exp. in user stories, requirements gathering and documentation, Agile, understanding of retail and supply chain domains

Role and Responsibilities :

- Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.

- Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows to guide system design and development.

- Support existing Product Manager by effectively bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Good understanding of retail and supply chain domains

- Background in OMS (Order Management System)

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA)
