As a Business Analyst, the jobholder is accountable for:
• Analyzing various types of data and developing reports and dashboards that contain valuable insights.
• Participating in the execution of management consulting projects across the region
• Developing technical proposals that includes solutions tailor-fitted to client needs
• Assisting in developing and administering tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of work done within the company
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Years of experience: Preferably 2 – 5 years with a background in HR and/or data analytics (fresh graduates with skills in data analytics are also welcome, but previous experience is highly preferable)
Minimum Skills
• Data Analysis
• Presentation Skills
• English fluency
• Microsoft Office
• Any experience in BI Software is a plus, not necessary
