Business Analyst I Public Sector I Immediate Hiring

Salary: $32,000 – $40,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive the full software development lifecycle for a suite of Customer-Centric e-Platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution across key initiatives, including digital maintenance management systems, client portals, procurement platforms, certificate tracking tools, and automated quoting solutions

Job Description:

• Requirements & Design: Gather and translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process workflows, and low/high-fidelity wireframes

• Solution Delivery: Partner with internal developers, cross-functional business leads, and external vendors to design tailored, end-to-end digital solutions

• Quality & Performance: Evaluate system performance, oversee quality assurance testing, and track deliverables to ensure on-time execution

• Support & Maintenance: Triage user-reported bugs, investigate technical issues, and outline clear feature enhancement requests

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Provide ongoing helpdesk support, manage vendor relations, and maintain clear communications across all project phases

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT application development, with at least 2 years in a similar Business Analyst capacity

• Demonstrated background in designing large-scale web and mobile application platforms

• Demonstrated background in designing large-scale web and mobile application platforms

• Technical familiarity with MySQL/SQL database structures, document/workflow management systems, and system maintenance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
