ICT Business Analyst | Identity, Authorization and AuthenticationInitial 12-month contract with 1 x 12-month extension option Australian Citizenship required with the ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance

The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to support the future direction of identity and access management capabilities within a major national digital transformation program. Working alongside multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will translate complex business problems into practical, user-focused solutions that improve identity proofing, authentication and authorisation capabilities.
Your Duties Will Include
Lead business analysis activities including process mapping, redesign and requirements elicitationFacilitate workshops and engage with business and technical stakeholders across multiple disciplinesDevelop functional and non-functional requirements to support solution deliveryCollaborate closely with architects, engineers, service designers and testing teamsManage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality analysis and documentation
Skills And Experience
Demonstrated experience as an ICT Business AnalystStrong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skillsExperience producing business process maps, journey maps and other analysis artefactsDemonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirementsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projectsExperience working within Australian Government environmentsExperience working across multidisciplinary Agile delivery teamsExperience with Identity & Access Management, Digital Identity, Authentication or Authorisation
