Requirements:
- Apply a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among stakeholders
- Understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization
- Work on large, high-risk, and complex projects
- Recommend solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals
- Elicit and analyze the actual needs of stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between organizational units
- Play a central role in aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology
- Serve as a translator between business units and IT groups
- Have years of deep practical experience in the role
- Perform business analysis in a variety of complex situations with repeated practice
