Business Analyst – Industrial IoT & Predictive Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Model business processes and guide stakeholders through process redesign and comprehensive impact analyses.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, including context diagrams, domain models, and user stories.
• Facilitate the bridge between business units and IT partners by challenging requirements and ensuring functional alignment.
• Oversee data quality initiatives and support data migration activities during system implementations.
• Validate functional analyses and perform end-to-end testing and validation of new software releases.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user sessions to support organizational change management.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure the effective adoption of new digital tools.

Requirements

• You possess a Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through professional experience.
• You have 5+ years of experience in capturing business requirements and modeling business processes.
• You bring proven expertise in modeling information needs and defining business domain models.
• You have experience in creating and executing structured test plans for IT systems.
• You possess experience in developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption.
• Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to identify process improvements.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Industrial IoT, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data.
• Experience with the maintenance of industrial assets or Smart Assets.
• Familiarity with M2M communication and hardware sensors.
