We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
- Produce functional and technical specifications, user stories, and related documentation.
- Support story mapping activities, acceptance criteria definition, and requirements validation.
- Create and execute test documentation to ensure solution quality.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Participate in application configuration and parameterization activities according to business needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within Agile environments.
- Support data analysis and validation activities through SQL queries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping, and test documentation.
- Experience producing both functional and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries, database structures, and data models.
- Solid understanding of technical architectures and system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with application parameterization and configuration.
- Fluent in English (B2/C1).
- Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
