Business Analyst
Summary
Business Analyst at Infor shaping CloudSuite Distribution: gathering, prioritizing, and documenting requirements with product managers, translating them into solution designs with engineers, and supporting QA and acceptance testing. As a Business Analyst at Infor, you will help bring Infor’s Cloudsuite Distribution to the next level. In this position, you'll collaborate with industry leaders and have the opportunity to shape the future of our cloud solutions, while expanding your skills and making a meaningful impact.
· Work with product managers on gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting requirements.
· Together with key engineers and architects translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups.
· Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.
· Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested; and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted.
· Write draft documentation or create presentations.
· Experience presenting to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical language.
· Experience with business intelligence and data visualization.
· Experience working as a Business Analyst or applying business analysis methods and techniques.
· Experience using AI tools, such as predictive analytics or workflow automation platforms.
· Experience with supply chain, distrubution, or inventory management a plus.
· Experience engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
