Business Analyst - Insurance Products (1 year contract)
Summary
Business Analyst for insurance products, gathering requirements from users and stakeholders, documenting specs, and improving business processes.
My client is looking for a Business Analyst who will be able to bridgegaps between users, vendors and internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Under minimal direction, formulate and define system scope andobjectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of industryrequirements
• Document requirements and translate into proper system requirementsspecifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
• Develop visualization, user experience and configuration elements ofsolution design.
• Execute and coordinate requirements management and change managementprocesses.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to supportmanagement of scope and expectations.
• Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, andnew business development.
• Operates as a team member and as a team leader. Advise on methods toimprove business processes.
• May lead the training of clients and peers.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skill and is comfortablefronting client
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Essential: requirements elicitation via interviewing; requirementsdetermination using structured techniques for documentation and analysis
• Able to juggle multiple action points and delivering into each of themeffectively
