Business Analyst (Insurance & Takaful)

Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 per month

We are hiring a Business Analyst for our Insurance and Takaful Brokerage in Kuala Lumpur. You'll join the Business Strategy & Performance team and turn performance data into clear insights for management.

Responsibilities:

• Track revenue, KPIs and strategic initiatives

• Prepare management reports, dashboards and forecasts

• Flag underperforming areas and follow up on corrective actions

• Support business cases, market reviews and ad-hoc analysis for the CEO

• Improve reporting and data processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field

• Experience in business or performance analysis, ideally in insurance, takaful or financial services

• Strong Excel and dashboard skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

• Able to explain the reasons behind the numbers, not just report them

• Confident presenting to senior management
