Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders such as Operations, Distribution, Claims, and Underwriting to gather and analyze business requirements.
Support insurance transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
Analyze existing processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend business solutions.
Produce business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
Support solution design, impact assessments, process improvements, and testing activities (SIT/UAT).
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Prepare project documentation, management reports, and presentations for leadership teams.
Requirements
5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance industry.
Proven experience delivering transformation, process improvement, digitalization, or system implementation projects.
Strong understanding of insurance operations and business processes, with experience in one or more areas such as Claims, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Customer Service, or Agency / Distribution Operations.
Open to candidates from both Life Insurance and General Insurance backgrounds.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Cantonese and English.
