Business Analyst (Insurance, WFH hybrid)

Salary: $25,000 – $35,000 per month

A leading global insurance company is expanding its Business Analysis team and looking for experienced IT Business Analysts to support multiple transformation initiatives across Claims, New Business, Product Launch and Digital platforms. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with work-from-home flexibility, alongside exposure to large-scale insurance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process flows

• Work closely with business, IT, developers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

• Support projects across Claims, New Business, Product Launch and Digital platforms

• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process and system improvements

• Coordinate and support SIT/UAT, defect management and implementation

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure requirements are clearly communicated

• Support production rollout and post-implementation activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience

• Experience within insurance, financial services or healthcare is highly preferred for Claims-focused opportunities [Core Apps...ay Weekly) | Teams]

• Exposure to Claims, New Business, Policy Administration, Product Launch or Digital projects would be advantageous

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation and UAT

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable working between business and technology teams

• Agile delivery experience is an advantage
