Requirements:
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Identity Governance & Administration programmes, including platforms such as One Identity, SailPoint, or Saviynt
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle, Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes, and access governance
  • Experience working in large, complex global environments
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
  • Experience with HR systems and identity integrations
  • Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and dependencies
Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and documentation of global Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes
  • Map current-state and future-state identity lifecycle processes
  • Gather and define business and technical requirements
  • Capture integration requirements across HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, and AD/Entra
  • Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies
  • Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules
  • Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing planning and execution
  • Produce key documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process maps

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance & Administration transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager. We will be standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator. This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months initially, based in London with 3 days onsite. The programme sits within a wider identity transformation covering CyberArk, identity governance, and security uplift.
