Job Description
Bajaj Capital Ltd. is looking for analytical and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Business Analyst Intern Retail Channel at its Gurugram Corporate Office.
Important Eligibility Note: Freshers are not eligible to apply. Only candidates with a minimum of 6 months of Business Analyst internship or relevant work experience who are willing to work from our Gurugram Corporate Office should apply

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, business dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business performance data.
- Maintain Excel-based trackers and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support data validation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate business information.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM (pursuing or completed) or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of Business Analyst internship or relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time from the Gurugram Corporate Office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
