Job Description

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Support business process analysis and improvement.

• Assist with system configuration and testing.

• Help prepare and migrate data.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analyst, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
