Business Analyst - Internal Audit Team Member

We are hiring for Business Analyst - Internal Audit Team Member with A Leading Private Bank !!!

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the deployment of workflow management systems, create functional and business requirements documents for audit projects, carry out user acceptance testing, and assist with business launch.
  
• Establish and manage workflows, interact with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders, and lead meetings and workshops to align project objectives.
  
• To assist with strategic planning and decision-making, analyze data and create process models, use cases, and user stories.
  
• To improve audit quality, efficiency, and value creation, apply cutting-edge technology and best practices in analytics, data visualization, and AI/ML.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools that produce insights during the audit process to enable data extraction, analytics, and dashboards connected to audits.
  
• Identify trends and patterns, deal with frequent data-quality and cleaning difficulties, and work with massive datasets.
  
• In collaboration with audit teams and auditees, identify, evaluate, and create control scenarios for businesses and functions in order to report exceptions on a regular basis.
  

Profile of the Candidate

• Prior experience in UAT, business requirements gathering, and system implementation.
  
• Proficiency in data analytics and critical thinking, along with knowledge of workflow management systems.
  
• Knowledge of data enablement journeys and familiarity with the bank's analytics and reporting technologies, including SAP BO, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
  
• It would be advantageous to have prior experience with programming languages and technologies including Python, Oracle, and SQL.
• A good academic background and a data science or analytics certification from a reputable university.
  
• It would be advantageous to have knowledge of the audit function and expertise in the BFSI industry.
  
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
