I’m exclusively representing a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst looking to break into the insurance industry.
East London
£45,000 - £50,000
18-month FTC – potential to become permanent
Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
ASAP start
No previous insurance experience is required.
This is a great opportunity for a BA from another industry to move into insurance and work on some genuinely exciting AI, automation and technology transformation projects.
What will you be working on?
The ideal person will be:
Proactive and solutions-focused
Entrepreneurial and innovative
Tenacious and hungry to develop
Strong with stakeholders
Able to translate between technical teams and the business
Comfortable challenging existing processes
Mouldable, coachable and keen to make an impact
You could have 2–5 years of BA experience, or potentially less if you have the right foundation and mindset.
A BA qualification/training would be beneficial.
