About the Project
As a Business Analyst (IT), you will work on projects in the finance/stock exchange industry, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project execution.
Tech Stack & Tools
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML
- Databases: SQL for data analysis
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to define project scope
- Create process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Support testing and implementation of IT solutions
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
- Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
