Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (UAT)
Experience: 2–3 years
Work Setup: Onsite (First month) Hybrid the following months

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Translate requirements into user stories, functional, and technical specifications

• Design system flows, wireframes, and database structures

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

• Communicate requirements with stakeholders and the development team

• Maintain project documentation and manage project backlogs

• Create test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria

• Support SIT, UAT, and system validation activities

• Review and validate deliverables for completeness and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or testing

• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, system design, and software testing

• Familiarity with database concepts, wireframing tools, and Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
