A Business Analyst in Quezon City who gathers, analyzes, and documents finance and accounting requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and supports ERP Finance module implementations such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Job Description (JD)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in finance processes and working knowledge of accounting operations and ERP finance modules. The ideal candidate should be skilled in gathering business requirements, facilitating discussions, and documenting business processes to support effective system and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify process improvements.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Document business requirements, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP Finance modules such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly understood and delivered.
Job Qualifications (JQ)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
At least 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience or exposure to finance and accounting processes.
Working knowledge of ERP Finance modules such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear documentation.
Experience in distribution or equipment dealer environments is an advantage.
