What You'll Do?
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering with business users / stakeholders for IT projects
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional / business requirements, backend logic, system workflows, data / integration requirements in SOW
Produce implementation-ready artefacts such as logic flows, and decision tables
Problem solving - Approach challenges with the mindset that solutions can be found. Utilize investigative techniques such as interviewing, facilitating workshops, and activity sampling to address issues effectively.
Perform internal QA / pre-UAT validation including requirement vs solution checks, logic and data validation, and fix verification
Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases; support UAT execution and defect triage
Support Project Managers on scope definition, change impact analysis, estimation, and SOW preparation
Act as key bridge between business users / stakeholders, technical teams
What You Have?
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science related disciplines
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT / system environments, project management, business development or other related experience in digital field
Experience in eCommerce, retail, logistics, or multi-system environments or platform integration projects
Well-organized, detail-minded, logical and able to explain complex logic clearly and practically
Being able to stand into different roles’ shoes and come up with the most appropriate solution with swift and accurate problem-solving skill, strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Fundamental technical sense is required
Ability to work independently with good ownership and attention to detail
Hands-on experience in internal QA, UAT, or testing support is a plus
Understanding of backend systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows is a great plus
Fluent in Cantonese and English verbal and written communication skill, proficient in mandarin is a plus
