Summary:

The Business Analyst - IT4IT role primarily focuses on managing demand and analyzing business processes within IT4IT projects. This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring projects align with the overall business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document business and IT demand.
  • Perform current-state and target-state analysis across business processes, systems, and data.
  • Develop business cases and business requirements documentation.
  • Maintain backlog documentation and demand tracking.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand capture and requirements documentation.
  • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow SPM experience.

  • QIA Reference Level: Level 2
  • Success Criteria: Demand documentation completed and accepted without material rework.
  • Analysis outputs support prioritization and solution design.
