• Gather and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes leveraging Ivalua.

• Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and system enhancements.

• Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios.

• Support system configuration validation, testing, training, and production rollout activities.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
