- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong ability to document current state and future state processes
- Hands-on experience supporting backlog management
- Ability to write clear and actionable user stories

Preferred
- Experience supporting digital transformation
- Familiarity with agile delivery tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint
- Document current state and future state business processes, including process flows, value stream maps, pain points, hand-offs, decision points and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate and support workshops with business users, product owners, technical teams and stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture decisions, issues, actions and agreed outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation that development teams can act on.
- Support product owners in backlog management, including backlog grooming, prioritisation support, refinement sessions, dependency clarification and readiness of items for delivery.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, workshop outputs, meeting notes, decision logs and traceability records.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, operations, security and business stakeholders to clarify scope, validate requirements and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Identify process gaps, duplication, manual workarounds and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, user experience and operational accountability.
- Support testing and validation activities by helping define test scenarios, clarifying expected behaviour and ensuring delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria.
- Communicate requirements, process changes and delivery implications clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, templates, standards and knowledge management within the Digital Factory operating model.
