Business Analyst

We are assisting one of our valued clients with their requirement for Business Analysts to support business systems, data quality, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance their operations and community focused plans. Based in Brisbane, this role works closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions across CRM systems, reporting and business processes.

• Gather, document and analyse business and solution requirements
• Support CRM enhancements, bug fixes and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), including test plans and test scenarios
• Develop process maps, work instructions and training documentation
• Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting, data quality and operational efficiency
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve system and data-related issues

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation of business processes and requirements
• Strong experience working with various systems, customer data and reporting environments
• Proven experience in effectively engaging and managing key stakeholders across different levels of the business, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on requirements and outcomes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience conducting UAT
• Experience developing materials/user guides that the staff can use for training purposes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple priorities
• Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Zendesk, DevOps or Monday.com (desirable)
