Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop and maintain BRDs and FRDs to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives. - Create user stories that effectively communicate requirements to the development team. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the delivered solutions meet business needs. - Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of BRD, FRD, and user story creation. - Experience with UAT and functional testing methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
