What is this challenge about

• Work closely with Front Office users to understand their needs and turn them into detailed functional specifications.
• Partner with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Design test cases and own functional testing, with a focus on P&L and risk impact.
• Build automated non-regression tests together with developers and the release manager.
• Run user acceptance testing with end users, as well as integration and regression testing.
• Estimate development and testing effort, and coordinate production deployments.
• Contribute to L3 support, analyzing existing systems, troubleshooting and following up on incident resolution.
• Collaborate daily with an international team, with occasional trips to meet and integrate with colleagues abroad.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or investment banking
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows (P&L, OTC trades, interest rates and credit)
• Solid understanding of financial products such as credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, swaps, CDS, bonds, repo, FX and options
• Experience testing and mapping business processes in booking, valuation and reporting projects
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with integration and service-oriented systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions
• Autonomy, creative problem-solving and a true team player attitude
• Professional English (C1)
