We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Legal Operations team, which plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation within legal processes. In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex legal operational needs and technical execution, ensuring that our digital backbone for legal processes is secure, compliant, and highly efficient. Your tasks

  • Managing end-to-end analysis workstreams independently, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical implementation

  • Translating complex legal business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements, defining product roadmaps

  • Partnering closely with legal stakeholders and IT teams to map and optimize legal processes, ensuring seamless integration with the corporate IT landscape

  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security requirements

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leads and legal stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving consensus across organizational boundaries

  • Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of legal technology solutions, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and proactive change management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy in a Legal Operations industry

  • Deep understanding of the Legal & Compliance domain, including Matter Management, document management, legal spend, and contract management

  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, with experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors

  • Strong understanding of data flow and system integration, with a proactive, builder mentality to tackle complex workflows

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders

  • Fluent English and Polish, and residency in Poland
