Requirements
- 6–10 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 4 years in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or
Biotech.
- Demonstrable experience across G&A subdomains: Finance (GL, AP/AR, FP&A, cost management),
HR (workforce analytics, talent data), and/or Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms — data lakes, data warehouses, MDM, or EDB
architectures.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, process flows data flow diagrams, and BRDs/FRDs.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Understanding of data governance: data lineage, data quality, master data, and metadata
management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to manage senior stakeholders across business
and IT.
