Business Analyst (Local & Country Addenda) @ Changi Business Park / Up $11000
Salary: $9,000 – $11,000 per month

About the role
In this role, we require a Business Analyst to support Privacy Local Addendum Analysis & Implementation, enabling the business to become data-driven, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with enterprise data standards.
Key responsibilities
Review each of the Local Addenda / Country Addenda and determine what are the incremental requirements that need to be complied with in addition to what is already factored for under GPS
Engage relevant stakeholders e.g. country CFCR to obtain clarification if the requirements are unclear and/or when there is a lack of traceability to specific underlying regulation
Generate a consolidated de-duplicated list of incremental requirements across the markets that need to be implemented/fulfilled
Develop a playbook that helps the business (Grp & Country) implement the requirements
Perform impact assessment between current state against the incremental requirements and estimate what it means to implement them from a resourcing, costing, funding perspective covering both tech & non tech changes
Develop and execute the implementation plan
Requirements
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field)
At least 5 years of experience in CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking)
Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models
Regulatory analysis experience / skillset, bonus if have Data Privacy background/domain expertise/exposure
Understanding of CIB business preferably across products e.g. FX, Trade, Coverage, Lending, Commodities, Futures, SS etc.
Supported End to end project and change management from scoping to performing gap analysis / requirements gathering to solution design to impact assessment to implementation
Stakeholder management - comfortable working with compliance, business, technology, operations teams including senior ones
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
Ability to work across global stakeholders and manage complex data environments
