What You'll do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Information Systems and Software Development projects.
- Produce clear and comprehensive functional documentation to support project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN notation, ensuring efficiency and consistency across solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Agile environments, applying methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Define, specify, and execute functional tests to validate business requirements and solution quality.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the delivery of effective technology solutions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related Information Technology field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Information Systems Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects.
- Proven experience in functional analysis and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience in test specification and execution.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, analytical, autonomous, and solution-oriented professional.
