Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Summary
The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories for the Charisma solution. This role involves active participation in functional concept development and coordination within an agile environment.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team behind Charisma and help turn complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
You will work at the intersection of Business and IT, helping the team understand what needs to be solved, structure requirements, and translate them into well-defined user stories. Rather than simply documenting requirements, you will actively contribute to functional concepts, solution finding, and the coordination of implementation.
You will be part of an agile delivery environment, working closely with business stakeholders and the delivery team to support the continuous development, stabilization, and rollout of the Charisma solution.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Analyze, clarify, and structure business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories
- Refine requirements and user stories together with Business and IT
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team
- Help create a shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes
- Contribute to functional concepts and solution finding
- Support the team in translating requirements into implementable solutions
- Support the coordination and steering of implementation activities
- Work closely with engineers and quality experts throughout the delivery process
- Contribute to the implementation of new business requirements and the continuous improvement of the Charisma solution
- Support further rollout activities
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Have experience analyzing and structuring business requirements
- Have experience creating and refining user stories
- Are able to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Collaborate effectively across Business and IT
- Have experience supporting functional concept development and solution finding
- Can support and coordinate the implementation of business requirements
- Have strong collaboration and communication skills for working in an agile, cross-functional delivery environment
- Speak English at a minimum B2 level.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1550€ /brutto.
