Business Analyst

A retail organization is undergoing a transformation of its reporting landscape, transitioning from legacy reporting tools to a modern data warehouse and Power BI environment.

The role focuses on supporting analysis, rationalization, and redesign of reporting structures.

Requirements

· Analyze and document existing reporting landscape

· Support report rationalization activities

· Participate in stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering

· Assist in designing future reporting solutions

· Collaborate with business and technical teams

· Support data validation and documentation efforts

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

· Experience as Business Analyst in retail domain

· Exposure to data warehouse / BI reporting environments

· Understanding of reporting logic and KPIs

· Experience working with stakeholders

· Fluent in Dutch and English

· Experience with SAP BO and Power BI

· Knowledge of data lineage and metadata concepts

· Exposure to reporting transformation initiatives
