Business Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
1-5 years of experience in project management or as a business analyst.
Solid knowledge and experience in Banking, Finance, Quantitative Analysis, or related fields is preferred.
Understanding of technical systems and data and Experience in Insurance is an additional advantage.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, logical and systematic thinking, and the ability to embrace challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze system user requirements to create the Business Requirements for system development.
Analyze and document system design specifications related to the project, such as class diagrams and sequence diagrams.
Designing and drafting wireframes/UI in alignment with business requirements.
Ensure that the system development aligns with Business Requirements and the project timeline, while also preparing complete documentation and Test Scripts for system testing.
Record any system errors encountered during testing, and provide consultation to users on resolving operational issues with the system.
Collaborate with the IT/Dev team and other stakeholders to resolve issues in the system or application being developed in a timely manner.
Facilitate sprint planning meetings and requirement review sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, promoting effective discussions and collaboration.
Providing training, handoff, support, and necessary documentation to ensure smooth operations and successful implementation.
