Business Analyst – Marketing, Sales & Service

Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿40,000 per month

This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements from marketing, sales, and service units to guide system development and improve work processes to meet business needs. You will study current workflows, identify problems, and design new processes to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy across departments.

Key responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze requirements from marketing, sales, and service units to determine system development guidelines and process improvements

2. Attend regular meetings with business units to study workflows, targets, and business needs, and provide progress updates and issue summaries to the team

3. Study current processes (As-Is), analyze problems, and design new workflows (To-Be) to improve efficiency and reduce duplication

4. Prepare Business Requirement, Functional Requirement, Process Flow documents and system working conditions for development specifications

5. Coordinate with users and development teams to review and confirm requirements, scope, and implementation approaches

6. Analyze data and process connections between systems such as CRM, FSM, Business Central (BC), and ERP to ensure consistency

7. Define acceptance criteria, prepare test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with users, including tracking fixes against requirements

8. Analyze the impact of change requests and coordinate consideration with stakeholders

9. Support the creation of user manuals, conduct user training, and monitor results after system implementation to propose continuous improvements

4. จัดทำเอกสาร Business Requirement, Functional Requirement, Process Flow และเงื่อนไขการทำงานของระบบ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อกำหนดในการพัฒนา

5. ประสานงานกับผู้ใช้งานและทีมพัฒนา เพื่อทบทวนและยืนยัน Requirement ขอบเขตงาน และแนวทางดำเนินการให้เข้าใจตรงกัน

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Experience in business analysis or business process improvement, with hands-on experience gathering and analyzing requirements directly from users.

3. Understanding of sales and after-sales service processes, such as customer and opportunity management, quotations, service requests, work orders, and service tracking.

4. Understanding of marketing processes, including campaign management, lead management, and lead handover to sales teams.

5. Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and prepare Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, and Process Flow documents.

6. Understanding of data and process integration across systems. Experience with CRM, Field Service Management (FSM), or ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) is an advantage.

7. Ability to prepare test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and track issues through resolution.

8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and development teams.

9. Good planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

5. สามารถแปลงความต้องการทางธุรกิจเป็นข้อกำหนดของระบบ และจัดทำเอกสาร Business Requirement, Functional Requirement และ Process Flow ได้อย่างชัดเจน
