Business Analyst - Marketing Systems and Operations

About the role

As our Marketing Systems & Operations Analyst, you'll connect our marketing team, technology team and external partners to deliver fit-for-purpose systems and streamlined processes. You'll identify operational pain points, translate business needs into practical solutions and support the implementation and adoption of Martech platforms. In addition to supporting the team's operations, you'll also improve process documentation, support reporting, guide procurement activities and build capability across the team through training and knowledge sharing.

About you

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing operations, systems analysis or business process improvement

  • Strong CRM, Martech and marketing workflow expertise

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes and proactively drive initiatives from concept through to implementation

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear system and process requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams, business users and vendors

  • Strong digital capability and confidence applying technology to improve business outcomes

  • Experience supporting system implementation, adoption and user training

  • Experience with procurement, tenders and vendor management

  • Exposure to project management platforms and CRM administration

  • A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, information technology or a related field
