Requirements:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders across both business and technology teams.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, business requirements documents, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience supporting testing activities and business readiness initiatives.
- Essential technical skills: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.
- Desirable technical skills: Power BI, process modelling tools.
- Desirable experience in digital transformation programmes, cloud/data/application delivery projects, consulting or client-facing environments, business process improvement initiatives, and working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to understand business needs and operational challenges.
- Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business cases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Test Teams, and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, and solution validation activities.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and strategic objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Contractor to join our high-profile digital and technology transformation programme, supporting the delivery of business and technology change initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This is a 6-month contract based in London on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office. The role is inside IR35 with an umbrella day rate of £500 to £640, and SC Clearance is required. We offer the opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams in a proactive, delivery-focused environment where stakeholder engagement, clarity, and successful project outcomes are key.
