Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and developing functional requirement documents (FRD) and business requirement documents (BRD). You will play a crucial role in facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that the solutions meet the business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. - Create and maintain FRD and BRD to ensure clarity and alignment among teams. - Conduct UAT to validate that the developed solutions meet the specified requirements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams in research and development to support project initiatives. - Analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve processes.
