Business Analyst( Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)

Senior Business Analyst Data & Analytics

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and data requirements.
• Prepare BRD/FRD/FRS, business rules, KPIs, data mappings, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and impact analysis.
• Use SQL, Excel, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements to data engineering teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and requirement validation.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Data & Analytics projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL, BRD/FRD/FRS, data mapping, and data validation.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling, Facts, Dimensions, Primary Keys, and Star Schema.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Excel, APIs, and SFTP.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Pharmaceutical commercial data experience preferred.
