Business Analyst – Microsoft Power Platform

• Analyze and review business processes and functional requirements
  
• Define business and system requirements and create related documentation
  
• Design, propose, and implement IT solutions mainly based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  
• Lead solution design using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, Planner, etc.
  
• Support development planning, system design, development, testing, and release
  
• Coordinate system integration with existing internal systems
  
• Support UAT, resolve issues, and communicate with end users
  
• Manage stakeholders including end users, IT teams, and vendors
  
• Provide post-go-live support, incident handling, and continuous improvement
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst or equivalent
  
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
  
• Experience in requirements definition, system design, development, and testing (SDLC)
  
• Hands-on technical understanding to design and review solutions
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience mentoring or leading developers
  
• Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
  

Nice to Have:

• Agile development experience
  
• Project management experience for small to mid-sized projects
  
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
  
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
